By using this site or submitting a request through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If you are using it for a company, you confirm you are authorized to act on that company's behalf.

This site describes Capital Site Logistics's construction material transportation and jobsite delivery service in Tampa Bay, Florida, and lets you send us a request through the quote form or the contact form.

Submitting a request is a request, not a booking. It does not reserve a truck, schedule a delivery, or create a binding transport agreement between us. Whether we can take the run, what it costs, which vehicle fits the load, and when it can move are all confirmed during quoting — after we have read your details and replied to you. A delivery is on only once we have confirmed it with you directly.

The quality of a delivery depends on the information you give us. When you use this site you agree to:

• Give accurate pickup and delivery details — addresses, contact names, gate or access instructions, and the hours the site can receive a truck.
• Describe the material honestly, including what it is, how it is packaged, and its approximate weight and dimensions, so the right vehicle and handling are arranged.
• Make sure the freight is lawful to transport, properly prepared, and ready when we arrive, including any packaging, banding, or labeling it needs.
• Have the authority to release the material at pickup and to receive it at the jobsite, and arrange the access, help, or equipment needed at each end.
• Tell us about anything unusual about the load or the site before the run, so it can be accounted for rather than discovered on arrival.

You also agree not to misuse the site — no attempting to interfere with it or gain unauthorized access to any part of it, no automated scraping or bulk submissions, and no submitting false, unlawful, or someone else's information through the forms.

Pricing on this site is described in terms of the factors that shape a quote — distance, load size and weight, urgency, packaging, how the material loads and unloads, and the number of stops. The site does not publish rates, and nothing on it is an offer at a set price.

Any figure we give you before a run is an estimate based on what you told us. It is not final until we confirm it, and it can change if the actual pickup, jobsite, material, timing, or access differs from what was described.

We do not guarantee that a truck will be available for any particular request, or that a delivery will arrive at a specific time. Timing depends on traffic, weather, supplier will-call and loading times, jobsite access, and the work already committed to our trucks. Times we discuss are targets we work toward, not promises, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing for a specific run.

The site itself is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information on it is complete and current at every moment, and we may change or withdraw any part of it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capital Site Logistics is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, or project delay costs, arising out of your use of this website or your reliance on information published on it.

Liability connected to an actual transportation job is governed by the terms and documentation for that job, not by this website. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

The content on this site — text, page design, layout, graphics, photography, and the Capital Site Logistics name and wordmark — belongs to Capital Site Logistics or is used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property law.

You may view and print pages for your own business use in evaluating or arranging our service. You may not copy, republish, or redistribute the content for other purposes, or use our name or marks, without our written permission.

Some pages link to websites we do not operate, such as suppliers or public reference sources. Those links are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites, do not endorse them simply by linking, and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Information you send through the forms is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which explains what the forms collect, how submissions are emailed and stored, and how to ask us to correct or delete them.
