You send the pickup, the destination and the timing. Capital Site Logistics coordinates an FMCSA-authorized carrier matched to the lane — construction material, contractor equipment, and qualified general freight — and confirms capacity, vehicle fit and price when the load is quoted. Submitting a request is not a booking, a reserved vehicle or a committed time until it is confirmed.

Runs are coordinated lane by lane with FMCSA-authorized carriers anywhere in the U.S., quote-qualified against the cargo, route and timing. Submitting a request is not a booking; capacity and price are confirmed when the load is quoted.

Cost is quoted per run against the factors that actually move it — distance, size and weight, timing, how it loads and unloads, and the number of stops. There is no published rate card, because a supply-house pickup across a metro and a multi-state build are different runs.
