Construction material delivery
Capital Site Logistics is a licensed property broker: it arranges construction material transportation with FMCSA-authorized carriers, lane by lane, anywhere in the U.S. Supplier and will-call pickups run to the jobsite, quoted on the load, route, timing and site access.
How it works
One point of contact, quoted per run
You send the pickup, the destination and the timing. Capital Site Logistics coordinates an FMCSA-authorized carrier matched to the lane — construction material, contractor equipment, and qualified general freight — and confirms capacity, vehicle fit and price when the load is quoted. Submitting a request is not a booking, a reserved vehicle or a committed time until it is confirmed.
Defined term
- Construction material delivery (broker-coordinated)
- Transportation of construction material — from supply houses, distributors and fabrication shops to the jobsite — that a licensed property broker arranges on a contractor's behalf, coordinating an FMCSA-authorized carrier for each run while the carrier performs the transport. Every run is quote-qualified against the cargo, route, timing and access at each end.
