Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 10, 2026

This policy explains what information Capital Site Logistics collects through capitalsitelogistics.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Capital Site Logistics is a business-to-business construction material transportation and jobsite delivery company serving Tampa Bay, Florida. This site exists to let contractors request a delivery quote — it is not an advertising platform, and we do not sell information.

Information we collect

We collect the information you type into the quote form on the delivery quote page or the message form on the contact page. Both forms submit to the same endpoint. The following are required to submit a quote request:

  • Your name
  • An email address, a phone number, or both (at least one is required so we can reply)
  • The pickup location
  • The jobsite / delivery location
  • Material details and special instructions (the message field)

The quote form also offers optional fields. You choose whether to fill them in, and blank fields are not stored:

  • Company name
  • Pickup date and delivery date
  • How soon the delivery is needed (urgency)
  • Services needed
  • Material description, quantity, weight, and dimensions
  • Whether the material is palletized, loose, or mixed
  • Loading method and unloading method
  • Jobsite contact
  • PO or project number

Along with your submission we record the date and time it was received, which form it came from, and the browser user-agent string your browser sends with the request. The form also contains a hidden anti-spam field that real visitors never see; if it is filled in, the submission is discarded and is neither emailed nor stored.

We do not ask for payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or account passwords anywhere on this site, and we do not maintain visitor accounts or logins.

How we use it

We use what you submit to reply to you, to prepare and discuss a delivery quote, and to plan and carry out the pickup and jobsite delivery you asked about. Contact details are used to reach you about that request and about the work that follows from it.

We do not use your information for advertising, we do not sell or rent it, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How it is stored and shared

Each submission is handled two ways. First, a notification email containing the details you submitted is sent to our team so a dispatcher sees the request. Second, the submission is written to our leads database, where it is kept as the durable record of the request along with a status the team updates as the request is worked.

To do that we rely on outside service providers acting on our behalf: a cloud platform that hosts this website, a transactional email service that delivers the notification, and a managed database service that stores the submission. Those providers process the information to provide their service to us. We do not otherwise disclose your information, except where we are required to by law or where it is necessary to complete a delivery you have asked us to make.

Stored quote requests are visible only to authorized company personnel through a private, password-protected dashboard on this site.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to respond, complete the work, and maintain ordinary business records. We have not set a fixed deletion schedule for them. If you would like your information removed, ask us and we will delete it unless we are required to keep it.

Cookies and analytics

Browsing this site does not require you to accept cookies, and we do not run advertising cookies, third-party ad networks, or cross-site tracking pixels. There is no cookie consent banner because there is nothing on the public pages to consent to.

One cookie exists on this site: the session cookie set when an authorized administrator signs in to the private lead dashboard. It is set only after a successful admin sign-in, is httpOnly and cryptographically signed, is limited to this site, expires automatically, and contains no personal information — only an expiry timestamp. It plays no part in an ordinary visit.

When the site is deployed on our hosting platform, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics script may be enabled to count page views and basic performance metrics. It does not set cookies and is not used to build a profile of you.

Data security

The site is served over an encrypted connection, form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS, and the internal lead dashboard is restricted behind a password and a signed session cookie. We take reasonable measures to protect the information you send us.

No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive personal information — such as identification numbers or payment details — through the forms on this site.

Your choices

You decide what to put in the form, and every optional field can be left blank. You can ask us for a copy of the information you submitted, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you.

To make any of those requests, contact us through the quote form or the contact form on this site and tell us what you would like us to do. We may need to confirm you are the person who sent the original request before we act on it.

Children

This is a business-to-business service for contractors, suppliers, and construction project teams. The site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the “last updated” date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means the updated policy applies to your use of it.

How to contact us

Questions about this policy or about information you have sent us? Reach us through the quote form or the contact form on this site and we will follow up with you directly.
