About Capital Site Logistics

Built for the wayTampa builds

Capital Site Logistics moves construction materials to active jobsites across Tampa Bay — so general contractors keep skilled crews building instead of chasing materials. The same trucks and the same planning also carry qualified general freight and commercial loads across Florida and the Southeast.

Why we exist

Keep the crew on the job

Every project runs into the same problem: a critical material, part, or fixture is sitting at a supplier, a warehouse, or another jobsite, and it needs to be on site today. The usual answer is to send a foreman or a field employee across town to go get it — the most expensive delivery a contractor ever pays for.

Capital Site Logistics exists to take that run off your plate. We pick up from Tampa-area supply houses, distributors, and fab shops and deliver straight to the jobsite — same-day when the schedule can't wait, or planned around your project calendar. One call to dispatch and your skilled labor stays where the work is.

Our specialization

Construction is the specialty, not the requirement

We specialize in construction because it is the hardest version of this job. A jobsite delivery has a supplier that releases the order on its own schedule, a gate that may need a badge, a receiving window measured in hours, a laydown area that has to work for the next trade, and a superintendent whose day falls apart if the load lands late. Planning around all of that is the skill — and it is why general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, distributors and jobsite teams are our primary customers.

That same planning is what a non-construction shipper gets. If you have palletized freight, business equipment, fixtures or inventory, a supplier or warehouse transfer, or machinery components to move, the request is handled the same way and evaluated the same way. Construction is what we are best at, not a condition of doing business with us.

Every request — construction or not — is evaluated for operational fit before anything is promised. That means the cargo, the route, the timing, how it loads and unloads, access at both ends, and whether the vehicle and the capacity are there. If the answer is no, we say no.

  • We plan around release times

The hour a branch or fab shop actually hands the material over is the constraint that decides the day. We confirm it with the origin instead of assuming it.

  • We plan around access, not addresses

Gate hours, badging, docks, forklifts, liftgates and where a load can be set down are part of the quote — at a jobsite, a warehouse, or a business receiving dock.

  • We plan around the sequence

What has to land first, and what can wait, is the difference between a delivery that helps and one that clutters the site. It applies to a staged install as much as a pour.

Your load does not have to be construction-related. Send the details and we will tell you whether it is something we can run.

Why us

Why contractors call us

A construction-specific carrier with local dispatch, accountable drivers, and the paperwork your project team needs on file.

  1. 01

Built for construction, not just freight

We run the way a jobsite runs — will-call pickups, staging by sequence, gate and badge access, and drops timed around the crew and the next trade.

  2. 02

    Local Tampa Bay dispatch

We're focused on the Bay — Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, and Polk. That means shorter response times and a team that knows the corridors and the supply houses.

  3. 03

One point of contact per request

One point of contact per request, so pickup details and site access are coordinated together rather than split across unrelated handoffs.

  4. 04

    Straightforward vendor onboarding

Vendor paperwork and carrier registration details are provided as they are issued, so procurement can complete onboarding without chasing documents.

  5. 05

    Speed when it counts

When a material shortage threatens the schedule, tell us the constraint. Expedited runs are quoted against timing, distance and site access so you know what is workable before committing.

Who we serve

For the teams that run the job

Construction teams are the core of the work. Businesses outside construction with a load to move are quoted on the same terms.

  • General contractors
  • Superintendents
  • Project managers
  • Project engineers
  • Procurement teams
  • Subcontractors
  • Suppliers & distributors
  • Fabrication shops
  • Commercial & business shippers

How we work with your project team

  • Quoted per run, not a flat menu
  • Vehicle fit confirmed before dispatch
  • Coordinated with your jobsite contact
  • One point of contact per request

Availability, vehicle fit and timing are confirmed when we quote your run. Carrier registration details are published here once issued.
