Audiovisual Equipment Transportation & Logistics

When audiovisual gear has to be at the venue on time, Capital Site Logistics coordinates the transportation — for AV rental houses, production and staging companies, and integrators, across Tampa Bay, Florida and nationwide. Tell us the pickup, the destination and the timing, and the run is quoted against the load, the route and the schedule — so your production crew stays on the show, not on the road.

Overview

Get the gear to the venue — without tying up your crew

AV rental houses, production companies and integrators move the same equipment on tight timelines: out of the warehouse to the venue, between venues, to the trade-show floor, and back again after the event. Some of it is local; a lot of it crosses state lines for a show or a tour. Capital Site Logistics coordinates that transportation — in Tampa Bay, across Florida, and nationwide. Send the pickup, the destination and the window, and the run is quoted against the load, the route and the timing. A single run can be quoted on its own — no standing arrangement required.

Audiovisual equipment transportation
Coordinating the transportation of audiovisual and production equipment between warehouses, venues, suppliers and jobsites. It is transportation coordination — the load is quoted against cargo, route, timing and access; CSL does not handle, set up or place the equipment.

What CSL coordinates

Transportation, coordinated around the show

You give us the pickup, the destination and the timing. Availability, vehicle fit and routing come back with the quote.

Warehouse-to-venue runs
Transportation can be coordinated from your warehouse or a supplier to the venue, quoted against the load, the route and the delivery window.
Venue-to-venue moves
When gear moves from one venue to the next, the run is coordinated between the two locations and quoted against the timing between them.
Return transportation
After the event, return transportation can be coordinated from the venue back to the warehouse or another designated location. Transportation only — the equipment is not received or checked in by CSL.
Multi-stop runs
Several pickups feeding one venue, or one load split across locations, can be coordinated as a single run and quoted together.
Scheduled around the timeline
Send the load-in and load-out windows and the run is planned around them — timing is confirmed when the run is quoted, never promised in advance.
Quoted per run
Cost is described as factors — distance, timing, the load, the vehicle it needs and the number of stops — and quoted per run, not off a rate card.
