Request a Freight or Delivery Quote
Tell us what needs to move, where it is being picked up, where it is going, and when it needs to arrive. Capital Site Logistics specializes in construction logistics and also evaluates general freight and other commercial loads. We'll confirm vehicle fit and availability, then send a free, no-obligation quote.
Estimates are fine — you don't need exact weights or dimensions to start, and “not sure” is a valid answer. Same-day and expedited runs are quoted against timing, distance and access; sending a request is not a booking.
Moving audiovisual equipment? AV runs are quoted here too — warehouse to venue, venue to venue, and the return run.

What to include in your request
The more of the run we can see, the tighter the quote — but you do not need every field to start. The essentials are where it's picked up, where it's going, roughly what's moving, and when it needs to arrive. Everything else sharpens the number.
- Pickup and destination. A supplier, warehouse, yard or jobsite address at each end. A will-call desk or a specific gate is worth noting.
- What's moving. A plain description is enough — “twelve pallets of fittings,” “bundled rebar,” “a crate of fixtures.” Estimated size, weight and whether it's palletized or loose all help; “not sure” is a valid answer we'll work out on the call.
- Timing. The date it needs to arrive, and whether there's a delivery window or a receiving cutoff at the far end.
- Loading and access. How it loads and unloads — forklift, dock, or by hand — and any site constraints a driver should know about.
What happens after you send it
A dispatcher reads your request and matches it to an FMCSA-authorized carrier that fits the load, the route and the timing. We confirm vehicle fit and availability before anything is committed, then send a written quote back by the channel you gave us. If a detail is missing or the timing is tight, we'll reach out rather than guess.
Submitting a request is not a booking, a reserved truck, or a committed time — it's the start of a quote. Nothing is scheduled until we've confirmed it with you. If you need material on site the same day, call dispatch directly; same-day is a Tampa Bay service and moves faster by phone than by form.
What we can quote — and what we can't
Construction and jobsite material is the specialty — supplier pickups, dedicated trucking, multi-stop runs and same-day jobsite delivery across Tampa Bay. That's not a limit, though: palletized freight, business equipment, fixtures, inventory and warehouse or supplier transfers are all quoted here too. If you have a commercial load and you're not sure it fits, send it — we'll tell you.
Some loads are outside what we arrange, and it's fairer to say so up front than to quote and back out. We do not move hazardous or regulated material, we do not handle refrigerated or temperature-controlled freight, and we do not arrange oversized or overweight permit loads, heavy machinery needing heavy-haul, crane or rigging, high-value cargo needing secured transport, household moves, waste hauling, automobiles or live animals.
Pricing comes down to the run itself — distance, size and weight, how urgent it is, whether it's palletized or loose, how it loads and unloads, and how many stops it takes. That's why a request is a quote and not a fixed rate: the number reflects the actual work. Want the factors in detail first? What drives a delivery quote walks through each one.
